HOW TO JOIN THE GUILD

Individuals interested in the organ and choral music fields are invited to join the American Guild of Organists. Membership is open to everyone, regardless of denominational affiliation or musical ability, and brings, among many others, the following benefits:
       1) Annual subscription to The American Organist magazine (print or digital)
       2) Access to national and local job postings and listings for substitute organists
       3) Eligibility for high-quality insurance plans at competitive rates
       4) Discounts on AGO convention fees, educational resources, and certification exam fees
       5) A wide variety of annual professional, musical, and social events offered throughout the year
       6) Voting privileges in officer elections
       7) Active and vital support for the work of the Worcester Chapter and its diverse membership

Our local Worcester Chapter consists of musicians of all faiths, all skill levels (from beginners to intermediate and a few concert organists), and many employment combinations (from volunteer positions to second jobs to full-time church musicians). We encourage you to attend one of our upcoming events and to introduce yourself. Any chapter member would be more than happy to answer your questions!

Membership and dues payments are handled directly by National AGO Headquarters, and you can indicate the Worcester Chapter as a primary or secondary chapter when registering there. If you are a new member of the Guild, you can click here: http://www.agohq.org/membership/join-as-a-chapter-member/; if you are a current or recent member seeking to renew your membership, click here: https://www.agohq.org/oncard-login/
