Chapter Members Recital
Please join us in celebrating the restoration of the Op. 736 Skinner Organ at Blessed Sacrament Church, 551 Pleasant Street in Worcester, with a Chapter Members Recital on Sunday, March 12 at 3:00pm. Our colleagues William Ness, Kristjon Imperio, and Anthony Topper will perform a program that will include works of Howells, Bach, Langalis, Russell, and others. A reception will follow. Our inaugural solo organ concert, celebrating the new Hauptwerk virtual pipe organ installed in the Concert Hall. Organist Randy Steere will showcase 4 of the 12 world class organs, including instruments from Doesburg, Netherlands; Goerlitz, Germany; Caen, France; and Portland, Oregon, representing historic and contemporary instruments. The Unitarian Universalist Church of Winchendon presents guest organist George Bozeman performing chorales of J.S. Bach on their 1868 Hook organ. Admission to the concert is free.
